One resume, three clear readings

Everything you’ve done, brought into focus.

Everything below comes from the answers you give and the resume you add. Nothing is drawn from outside data, and nothing is invented.

Evidence

Your strengths, in focus

See the capabilities your experience actually supports. Each skill in your summary comes with the line that shows it, and skills you only list are kept apart from the ones you demonstrate.

  • Skills found in your own words
  • Listed skills told apart from demonstrated ones
  • A reading check first, so findings rest on text that was read

Target

Know the distance to your next role

Tell us the role, industry, market and level you are aiming for. Your summary sets your current role beside that target, and a resume health score shows how ready the document is. When too little can be assessed, the score is withheld instead of guessed.

  • Your current role beside your target
  • A score out of 100 from five weighted checks
  • No salary, job-matching or demand claims

Action

Turn insight into action

Start with the two fixes that matter most, each with the line from your resume and a suggested rewrite. Then three next actions shaped by your goal and when you plan to apply. Rewrites keep your facts and never add numbers you did not give.

  1. Fix first

Use consistent dates for each role.

Suggested line: [Month Year] – [Month Year or Present]

  2. Show the scope of the work: project, audience, or a verified measure.

Suggested line: Add the project scope or a measure you can verify. Do not invent a number.

  3. Do these next

Use consistent dates for each role.

  4. You are Mid-level as Planning Engineer, and the target is Mid-level Planning Engineer. Add the size of one project so the CV supports that step.

  5. You chose “Within 1 month” as your application timing. Edit the line above before you send the CV.

Process

From experience to possibility.

Five short sections, then your resume. Nothing is saved until you have reviewed it and agreed.

  1. Step 1

    Answer five short sections

Who you are, your work, your education, the job you want, and your goal. They shape the advice you get.

  2. Step 2

    Add your resume

Paste the text or upload a PDF, DOCX, or TXT file up to 10 MB. Older .doc files are not accepted. You review everything and give consent before it is saved.

  3. Step 3

    Get your summary

It opens as soon as you finish, and a private link reopens it later. You can save it as a PDF.

The report

A clearer view of your potential.

The real summary layout, filled from a sample resume.

  • Can your resume be read?

Whether the text could be read from your file, shown as verified, needs review, or failed.

  • A resume health score, when it can be earned

A score out of 100 from five checks. If too little of the resume can be assessed, the score is withheld instead of guessed.

  • The two fixes to make first

The two highest-priority changes, with the line from your resume and a suggested rewrite.

  • Skills and next steps

Skills found in your resume, each with the line that shows it, and three next actions for your goal.

A reading status, a resume health score when enough of the resume can be assessed, two fixes, the skills found in your resume, and three next actions. You can save it as a PDF.

Does Mentra show salaries or match me to jobs?

No. No licensed market data is connected, so there are no salary figures, job matches, or demand claims. The summary only describes your resume.

Where does my information stay?
